It’s okay to feel blue
It's completely normal to feel unhappy, anxious, lonely, depressed, lost or all of the above.
You may have just gone through or are caught in a difficult situation now. Or nothing may have changed and you started feel this way out of nowhere. Whatever the reason, don't blame or hurt yourself for it. When we normalize these feelings of uneasiness or sadness, we are more likely to accept them, recover, carry on, and prevent them from getting in the way of things we wish to accomplish.
Our brains are continuously active and constantly allow us to think, feel, and respond to different emotions, especially negative ones. this is natural.
We all have our ups and downs. Lows and highs. Regardless of where we’re currently at, we should always continue to embrace hope and healthy practices to promote our well-being and a growing mindset that can help us get through even the toughest times.
