Effects of Sleep Deprivation on Our Mental Health
In addition to negatively impacting our physical health, not getting ample sleep can also greatly damage our emotional wellbeing.
Here are just some consequences of sleep deprivation, exclusively for mental health. These serve the purpose of helping you realize the importance of getting a good night's sleep. 🌙

The average adult should sleep for 7-9 hours and 8-10 hours for teenagers.
That being said, many people do not go to bed early enough to get a healthy amount of sleep, mainly due to a busy, long term work or school schedule.
Therefore, it is imperative that we attempt to change our sleeping habits, gradually and effectively, in order to protect our mental health. An example effort would be to complete as many of your tasks as you can during the day, and not waiting to start them until the last moment.
Hopefully you're all getting enough rest!
